kk so heres an idea of what I want changed.

is this only me? or are their other ppl?

I made an account on xunlai a long time ago with the same account i am using atm but a different e-mail.

I forget the password of my registered XUNLAI ACCOUNT but i dont know my email account so i cant put it there to ask for a password sent back.

And so this account is on that email that i cannot access, therefore cannot predict.

A few months later, which is now i want to make predictions.

I enter in the account (same one as before) and then i enter my email pw etc.

Then it says to go to my e-mail to confirm,

I go to my e-mail and confirm and go onto sent link.

But however, it leads me to a registration link to register the account.

I try to regiester again, does same thing

SO now i cant predict cause my account I am using atm is using another email account which I dont know the password.

***unsure about this part gotta check back***
I try my other account

and it still doesnt work

GET IT FIXED PLZ or maybe im just stupid and dont know what to do.

either way, be helpful if somebody has an opinion or a helpful reponse

how can you forget your xunlai account when they only let you use the email address that is your account name?

That is not true if you look at the registration page you see that there is a box for your account name and a box for your email they do not have to be the same thing.

And yes I agree they need to make a change because I have a third account that I use for storage and I've forgotten the email I created for that account for xunlai so therefor I can not send my self a new pass because I cant get to the email.

Always write down e-mail address information. Always. Unequivocally.

This suggestion is just an excuse for poor account management to be rewarded.

i got 7 accounts and i dont seem to have a problem with any of this because "i wrote it down". Come on people its not hard to do.

Except in the real world people should never write down passwords.... lol.... it's the worst thing you can ever do from a security perspective....

It's not like a little green password goblin is going to come steal your passwords.

Granted it's not a good thing to keep whatever you write them on in plain view if you have a lot of company over to your house. But it's not a bad thing to keep them written down on one of those fat lil' notebooks tucked safely out of view.
Trust me, when you get my age those fat lil' notebooks will become your best friend.

as for myself.. I just use like 3-4 password for a few things...if one isnt working I just try the others.. seriously, if you cant remember even your password, just write it down like everyone said.

thats not the problem.

the gw account i registered was used in the email i forgot 2 years ago when i was nub and didnt know wat xunlai tournament was for.

and i forget the username OF the email account that has the registered GW account. So i dont know the username therefore, cannot send back a pw. or anythign near that.

I try to register the same GW account with a new email account so i can predict, however when i go to the NEW email acRED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO and go to link. and click, it leads me back to the registration page

thx for some positive feedback on how to change it
others, plz go somewhere else if u only like to argue.

I just want solutions not grief or pity for me. so just give me some advice and ill try dont come here saying "bla bla bla ur stupid"

This is the suggestions forum, not the "help me with my problems" forum. Go talk with GW support, and if you really want to make a suggestion, make a thread that is only about the suggestion. Closed.
